House rules

We are a non-smoking apartment and do not accommodate youth groups; parties are prohibited. Before you unpack and make yourself comfortable, we would like to draw your attention to the house rules in our Kerstin's gem. Following our house rules will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone! Please read the rules carefully to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out. Please treat our accommodation with the same care you would give your own home. We have put a lot of effort into making the accommodation a beautiful place for our guests to enjoy. Please ensure it is clean during your stay. This makes it much easier when you check out! If any unexpected damage occurs, we will investigate it internally and decide whether and how much the deduction or repair costs will be. We hope you enjoy your stay! However, we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum during the night. Please check that everything is in order and contact us so we can avoid any misunderstandings.
